Defense and Lewis Key 27-17 Victory

The Browns started a bit slow but when it was all over, walked away with their fifth-straight home win and fifth in their last six overall as the defeated the Houston Texans today, 27-17. Lewis, Winslow and Edwards all had touchdowns and rookie CB Brandon McDonald had a huge day, holding WR Andre Johnson, (who has picked up at least 120 yards receiving in each of the three games he has played in this season), to just 37 yards on three receptions. McDonald had several key plays and an interception in the fourth quarter that set up Lewis' touchdown run.

A reminder that next week's game against the Cardinals is at 4pm. See you at The Sports Page!

Browns Falter But Fans Come Out In Droves

While the game today did not end the way we all would have liked, there were some positives. I counted 20 fans rooting for the Browns at The Sports Page today, a crowd that rivaled the always large group of Steeler fans. We had some fun cheering (and yelling) back and forth at each other and it was great seeing some many new and old faces.

Let keeps it up. See you all on Sunday as we try to beat those Ravens for the 2nd time and push them even further down in the division.

Speaking of positives, click here to watch that Joshua Cribbs run back for the TD or the Edwards touchdown catch.

TC Browns Backers Witness Seahawks Defeat

Well 14 of us survived our trip to Cleveland and were treated to a special game as we watched the Browns come from behind and then beat the Seahawks in OT, 33-30. What a great game to watch!! Special thanks to Erin and Kelly for planning the tailgate party. We had a blast out in the Muni lot with all the other crazy fans. Being a fan is fun again for the first time in a very long time!!

If you didn’t go along this year, think about joining us next season. It is always a fun day.

Pittsburgh Sucks !! Go Browns!!
